Key equipment of SeFluid's paint production line series
- Raw Material Feeding System: Mechanical conveyor, liquid positive pressure, negative pressure conveying or pumping.
- Dispersion Syetem: For pre-dispersing paint and making paste for the emulsion paint. There are wide choices of disperser to meet various dispersing requirements. For instance, disperser with scraper, vacuum type, dual-shaft type with butterfly agitator and platform type.
- Bead Mill: This machine is used for grinding materials with higher final fineness requirements. And, It is the most widely used milling machines in the market.
- Mixing System: According to different process and material properties (for example, viscosity and density), there are many types for choice. For instance, vacuum type, explosion-proof type, one shaft type, dual shaft type and three shaft type etc.
- Filtering System: With the super fine filter device, the disqualified large diameter particles and impurities will be filted out.
- Filling & Packing System: The packing capacity covers range from 0.5 Kg to 200 Kg. Moreover, the packing and filling machines of our paint production line series can be specially customized.
- Cleaning System: After the production of each lot, the automated cleaning system will quickly wash the tanks and pipeline for preparation of next production lot.
